J-D Annual Spring Mountain Trail Ride
Join us for great riding, good food and fun at our Spring Mountain Trail Ride.
For our Annual Spring ride there will be an additional charge of $7.50 per person
for each reservation, which will include: a full breakfast Saturday morning,
BBQ dinner with entertainment Saturday night, and a light breakfast Sunday morning.
Don’t forget to bring your favorite dish for the potluck dinner on Friday night.

Independence Day Trail Ride
Join us for a freedom celebration of hot dogs, homemade ice cream and ice cold
watermelon. There is an awesome fireworks show put on by Octavia Baptist Church
for all to enjoy. Trail ride in the morning and evening; during the hot afternoon, head to
the local swimming hole for a cooling afternoon.

 2nd Annual ’HOOVES FOR A CURE’ Trail Ride
Come ride in the beautiful Kiamichi Mountains and help raise money to fight breast cancer.
Ride fee is $10 with a potluck dinner on Saturday Night, Silent Auction, and Raffle Drawing.
Come for the day or spend the entire weekend! (Camping fees not included in ride fee)

Mountain Country Store is a great place for fresh pizza and CJ’s Corner Store has delicious Hamburgers and BBQ sandwiches. Just 9 miles from camp is Honobia Creek Store, Bigfoot’s Official Hamburger Heaven! You can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner. See their link below. |

Swimming Click Here to View Photos - When it is too hot to horseback ride, there is a cool and refreshing swimming hole located just 5-1/2 miles from camp. Bring your floats and swimming suit for a cooling afternoon.
The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Capitol Museum - "Preserving Choctaw Culture, Heritage, and History" Located in the Historic Capitol Museum Building at Tushka Homma, Oklahoma. FEATURES INCLUDE ~ Trail of Tears Exhibit Choctaw History, Culture, and Family Life Exhibits, Choctaw Code Talker Memorial Exhibit. Museum Gift Shop with Choctaw Art, Jewelry, Books, and Gifts Art Gallery Self Guided Tours.
Choctaw Nation Labor Day Festival - 45 minutes away in Tushka Homma. The annual festival will have plenty of vendors selling eats and treats, more than 100 arts and crafts booths, various sports competitions, free concerts, cultural exhibits, children's activities, Choctaw storytelling and many other events. The carnival rides are free of charge during the Choctaw festival, because we want everyone to be able to enjoy them.
Honobia Bigfoot Festival & Conference - 15 minutes from camp. The Honobia Bigfoot festival is an annual gathering and celebration in the Kiamichi Mountains of Oklahoma featuring a variety of activities, camping, food and events geared towards Bigfoot enthusiasts. http://www.bigfootmountain.com
